We accept exchange up to 7 days counting from the day of receiving the new and unused merchandise. No return or refund will be arranged. All merchandise must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes and with all accessories to ensure a full credit for exchange. If the price of returned item is lower than the exchanged item, customers must pay for the difference.
If the price of returned item is higher than the exchanged item, no refund will be arranged. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if it does not comply with this policy. Exchanged item can be the original one or item of which the price is higher than the original one. No refund will be arranged for the price difference between the returned and exchanged items. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if it does not comply with this policy. Items purchased at a Che Che New York retail shop, department store, or specialty store cannot be returned to our online store.
